كيفية صياغة خطاب إنهاء خدمة بشكل نموذجي
هل ضروري أن يحتوي خطاب إنهاء الخدمة على سبب إنهاء خدمة الموظف؟
لا يتضمن خطاب الإنهاء الخاص بنا السبب الرئيسي، فهو ينص فقط على "لقد اتخذنا قرارًا بإنهاء خدمتك وفقًا للمادة 120".

Dear Questioner,
It is better to mention under which sub clause under Art. 120. Please note that, certain sub clauses require a written warning or prior investigation.
If you issue a termination letter as you mentioned above, the employee will have a chance to dispute it.
I would recommend the termination letter shall point out the exact reason and also shall follow the procedures laid by law.
