Will my unused ticket allowance be added to my final gratuity after resigning?

I resigned from my company and have already completed my notice period. I will be collecting all my gratuity soon.
I didn’t use the ticket allowance during my service; will this be added to the final gratuity?

In the UAE, your unused ticket allowance usually isn't automatically added to your gratuity unless it's specified in your employment contract or the company's policy.
If the contract or policy states that the ticket allowance is provided as part of the benefits (whether annually or at the end of service) and allows for encashment if unused, then it may be included in your final settlement.
However, gratuity calculations are typically based on basic salary alone and exclude other allowances like airfare unless explicitly stated otherwise.
