To facilitate the notarization of the POA, please provide the following documents:

- A copy of your old and new passport

- A copy of your Visa

- A copy of your Emirates ID

Once we receive these documents via email, we will draft the POA in both English and Arabic. We will then send it to you for your review, signature, and return.

Afterward, we will submit the POA to the federal Notary Public for notarization. The Notary will provide a link for a remote meeting with you, during which your original passport will be verified and you will sign electronically.

You will cover the notary's legal fees and obtain a digital copy of the notarized POA. Please note that the notary's fees amount to USD 140.

Upon receipt of the digitally notarized POA, we will conduct a check on your criminal record system in the UAE to ascertain if there are any criminal cases, travel bans, arrest warrants, or execution files registered against your name.

This process typically takes about four working days, and our professional legal fees for this service are USD 320.
