Enforcing a favorable judgement for labour entitlements

How are you?
I won my labour case on the date of 8 Jan. In the judgment, the company should give me AED 10,000.
Today my boss called me and told me to take AED 3000 and cancel my employment visa. Otherwise, he will appeal to the court and reopen the case and take more than 1 year. So, I have a problem and better take the money, whatever he gives me.
Can you tell me what do I do? My case was termination before finishing the contract.

Unfortunately, people obtain a favourable judgment but fail to file an execution case.
The judgment is enforced through the execution judge by filing the case before the execution court (Article 220 of the CPC) which will follow the same procedure of serving a summon for the certified judgment.
The summon to be served on a judgment debtor will state in clear terms what he is required to do within 15 days.
If the judgment debtor fails to satisfy the execution order voluntarily, the court will impose certain measures for the enforcement of the judgment like attaching the bank account and precise assets known such as property or vehicles.
