Dear Lawyers,

Thank you for reaching out with your concern!

I understand that applying for a visa and university can be stressful, especially with a DUI case affecting your police clearance certificate.

In your situation, submitting a rehabilitation request is indeed the right approach to clear the record.

The process typically involves gathering relevant documentation, filing a petition with the authorities, and demonstrating that you have taken steps toward rehabilitation.

Each case is unique, and the success of such applications depends on various factors such as the severity of the case and compliance with legal formalities.

To ensure the best chance of success, I would recommend we discuss your case in detail and prepare a strong rehabilitation application on your behalf.

You can reach out to me via WhatsApp or phone at [--------], or email me at [--------]. I’ll guide you through the process step by step and ensure that everything is in order.

Dear Questioner,

According to UAE law, individuals with a criminal record, including DUI cases, may face difficulties in obtaining a visa or admission to a university.

However, there is a process for rehabilitation that can help remove the record from your name.

To apply for rehabilitation, you will need to submit a request to the Public Prosecution Office in the emirate where the offense was committed.

For more details, please contact our senior legal consultant Mr. Muhammad Abdullah via WhatsApp.

Dear Questioner,

DUI cases often involve penalties like fines, community service, or a temporary ban, our proficient lawyers will help you understand the impact on your record and how to address it.

In such a case, the rehabilitation request is typically submitted to the UAE Ministry of Justice or the relevant court that handled your DUI case.

Once the DUI is removed from your record, you can apply for a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).

For further assistance, kindly share your WhatsApp number.
