Can I file an appeal for a fine in a criminal case judgment if I cannot pay the amount?
I had a criminal case against me and I got fined in that case. Now I can't pay that much of the fine amount. Should I go for appeal first?
Second, I have a lawyer I'm asking him to get the full judgment copy at least we should know the full judgment, so better understand why the judge fined a high amount.
But he is saying that it's not published. How much time it takes to get the full judgment?
Kindly tell me if there are any charges for appeal or any court fees, a how much is it?
