Am I liable to pay visa costs to the company if I resign after the contract renewal?

I'm an employee in a company and it's time for my second visa renewal.

In case I find a job elsewhere after my visa renewal, am I liable to pay visa costs to my existing company?

You may be liable to pay visa costs to your existing company depending on the terms of your employment contract, local labor laws, and company policies regarding sponsorship.

If you don't want to continue with the current company, it will be better if you leave the job before the visa renewal.

Otherwise, there will be a renewal cost which you have to pay to the company if the same is mentioned in your employment contract.

If nothing has been mentioned in your employment contract, then you don't have to pay them, even after renewal.

If you need further clarification you may ask.

Dear.

In the case of renewing the employment contract, there is no probationary period, and therefore, if you leave work, you do not pay the cost of accommodation unless the new employment contract stipulates otherwise.
