Inquiring about police cases for defaulting on loan and credit card
Good day!
I would like to know how can I know if the finance company files a case against me!
If I inquire at the nearest police station, is there a possibility that they can detain me if the finance company filed a case against me?
I have a loan and a credit card, but unfortunately, I was not able to pay them for almost 11 months now due to financial problem.
That's why I want to know if they already filed a case against me and hope you can help me with this matter.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.
I understand that you have defaulted in the repayment of loan and credit card (presumably both to Dunia Finance). I am sure you would have presented them with security cheques while taking these loans and credit card.
Considering you have defaulted in the repayment of loan/credit card, the probability is high that they would have bounced your cheque and filed a police case against you (which means there might be a travel ban against your name).
I would not recommend you to visit the police station alone to check for cases as the police WILL detain you.
I suggest that you take a legal representative along or let the legal representative inspect the nature of the case so you are aware of it beforehand.
The legal representative shall inspect the cases for you, assist you with the payment of fines and also obtain a clearance certificate for you. This way, the criminal case and travel ban will be lifted.
I trust you will find the above helpful.
I can assist you in the above matter and you can get in touch with me on 052-9495731 for further assistance and explanation.
Regards,
Hari Wadhwana
