I have a travel ban set by Dunia Finance LLC, as I had a loan from them and failed to make some instalments.

Now, I am in India and I want to clear this issue. Please give me some options to solve this matter. I can follow your instruction to solve this.

Dear Questioner,

In order to give you an answer, we must first check your profile in the police station and Dubai Courts to see in which stage is the case/complaint filed against you.

In order to check your status in the police and court, you need to provide us with a Power of Attorney, so we can represent yourself in front of the authorities.

We can send you the draft of the POA. You should notarize the POA in your home country, attest it in the UAE Embassy and send it to us. Once received, we need to follow the attestation process in the UAE.

We'll need to check the following:

- If there was/ is a registered court case against you.

- If there was/ is a criminal complaint against you.

a) If there is or was a court case against you, we need to review all documents of the court on your behalf, to see exactly the stage of the file and if a court decision is already issued.

b) If there was only a criminal complaint against you, we can approach the company on your behalf based on the same POA that you will provide us, to try to make a settlement with them and ask them to issue a release letter to the Police Station.

This is applicable only in the case that you agree to pay back the outstanding amount and all other fees that they can ask for (e.g. expenses of the criminal complaint against you...etc).

Best regards,

Raluca Gatina.
