I was deported because of old TB scars on my lung. How can I lift the ban?
Hi Sir,
How Are You?
I am from India and I am a salesman at XYZ Shop In Sharjah.
After completing 2 months, I went for a medical test my blood test was good but in the X-ray, they found a little scar on my left lung.
They transferred my medical report to (EHS) where I met a doctor who told me that I had TB. But I don't know when I had this disease, maybe in childhood.
Then I went for a gold TB test at a medical center where I met a TB specialist. After completing my sputum or blood test for 3-4 days, my test came negative.
So I collected all my reports and also a request letter from the doctor about my health, but they did not see my report and deported me.
I'm really worried that I cannot come to the UAE for my entire life not only on a resident visa but also tourist or visit visa.
Please can you help me?
Is there any legal process that I can lift my ban for at least a tourist visa?
I understand your concern about the deportation order and its potential impact on your future travel to the UAE. Here are some steps you can take to address this situation:
1. Gather Medical Reports: Collect all medical reports and documentation related to your TB tests and consultations with doctors. Make sure you have copies of all relevant documents, including any test results, doctor's notes, and correspondence with medical professionals.
2. Consult with Legal Experts: Consider seeking advice from legal experts, such as immigration lawyers or advocates familiar with UAE laws and regulations. To review your case, assess the legal options available to you, and provide guidance on how to proceed.
3. Request Review of Deportation Order: If you believe the deportation order was issued unjustly or based on incorrect information, you can request a review of the decision. This may involve submitting a formal appeal or petition to the relevant authorities, such as the UAE Ministry of Interior or the immigration department in the emirate where the deportation order was issued.
4. Provide Supporting Evidence: Present any evidence or documentation that supports your case, such as medical reports showing negative TB test results, letters from doctors confirming your health status, and any other relevant information that demonstrates your compliance with UAE immigration and health requirements.
5. Seek Assistance from Indian Authorities: You can also reach out to the Indian consulate or embassy in the UAE for assistance and guidance. They may be able to provide support or advocacy on your behalf, especially if you believe there have been procedural irregularities or violations of your rights.
6. Explore Legal Remedies: If all else fails, consider exploring legal remedies available to you, such as filing a lawsuit or seeking judicial review of the deportation order. However, this option may involve significant time, effort, and resources, so it's important to weigh the potential benefits and risks carefully.
Overall, addressing a deportation order can be a complex and challenging process, but with careful preparation, documentation, and legal assistance, you may be able to present a strong case for reconsideration or appeal. Be proactive in seeking support and exploring all available options to protect your rights and interests.
