My employer sent me an email of termination with garden leave. How to ensure to get paid?

My employer sent me an email of termination and told me I don't need to attend the notice period (1 month).

Does that legally spare him from paying me the full salary disclosed in the contract for my notice period?

If not, how do I get evidence from the labor ministry that I haven't been paid for my notice month when I submit a complaint?

According to Article 43 of the Labor Law, either party to the contract may terminate the employment contract “for any legitimate reason,” provided that they should:

- Warn the other party in writing.

- Continue implementing the contract during the warning period, which must not be less than one month and not exceed three months.

The party that did not adhere to the warning period must pay the other party compensation called “warning allowance.”

Warning allowance is calculated according to the employee's last salary.

Hello,

According to UAE law, it requires compensation if proper notice isn't provided.

Gather your contract showing the notice period and salary, termination email, and pay slips as evidence. File a complaint with the MOHRE.

The employer has to pay the salary for the notice period, they can decide for you not to come to the company but they have to pay the notice period.

The employer has to present proof to the court if you file a complaint to MOHRE.

No, he must pay you the notice month's salary, and it is his responsibility to prove that he paid you the salary, and you are not obligated to prove that he did not pay you.
