If expert fees go unpaid, will it lead to case dismissal or an unfavorable judgment?

As per the court order, I have to pay the expert fee. Did the defendant request expert advice, or did the judge decide to seek expert advice?

This may be a request from the court to find out the facts, which is why you will be charged the costs of the expert.

Knowing that if you win the lawsuit, the defendant will bear these expenses.
