Can I collect donations to support for a small musical community if I do not have a company?

I have a small musical community and collect donations to support it.

Should I register this as a business or charity or is there another option I haven't considered?

Don't want to end up on the wrong side of the law.

We are pleased to serve you and address your inquiries.

It is prohibited to collect donations within the country unless licensed by the competent authorities, and you must obtain a license.

Greetings.

Is the group registered?

Or do you want to register it or just for the purpose of ensuring that donations are received safely?

If the problem is only in collecting donations, you can use sites such as (Patreon) and (DokanTIP), which have no restrictions and do not require registering a legal entity.

For further inquiries about your topic, you can reach our office or contact us on WhatsApp.

Dear questioner

If you are not receiving a big amount of funds under this community, then you can continue as unregistered. But it is not legally recognized to receive funds.

However, if you are receiving huge amounts, then it is advisable to register as a Non-profit Organisation.

If you need further clarification, please share your Whatsapp number.
