The bank has the right to claim for recovery of the unpaid credit card dues. If the debt has been unpaid for more than 6 years, the bank can still legally claim for its recovery.
It is important to note that the bank may also charge interest and penalties for the unpaid amount, as per the terms and conditions of the credit card agreement. What is the claim value?
