Good day

In the UAE, Federal Law No. 28 of 2005 concerning the UAE Civil Transactions Law (the "Civil Code") governs the general principles of contracts and powers of attorney.

According to Article 1019 of the Civil Code, a principal may revoke a POA at any time, provided that the revocation is communicated to the agent. The revocation does not need to be in writing unless the POA specifically requires it.

Dear questioner

You can revoke the PoA of the agent to whom you directly provided the PoA and it will automatically cancel the authorization through Sub PoA because the directly authorized person has no power to act upon you.

Dear A.,

You can cancel the power of attorney and send notice to your agent that the power of attorney is canceled.

Of course, you can cancel that power of attorney, and consequently, the last power of attorney will also be canceled, but you must inform the rest of the parties of this.

You, as the principal, have the right to revoke the original POA you granted to someone else.

This can be done regardless of whether they used it to sign another POA.

The validity of the second POA (signed by your agent) depends on the wording of your original POA.

If you need further clarification you may ask.
