Q: I am working in the HR department in one of the private companies for the last 12 years. Last week I received a redundancy letter from the HR manager terminating me for reducing people.
However, the actual reason is something else. I have sent an email to our company helpline on the HR manager and complained about him, and he came to know that I have sent an email to the senior manager.
It was only me who got this letter from the HR department. Now, they got a replacement for my position.
Can I file a complaint against the company in the labour court?
Please advise.

I'm working as temporary staff and my contract is for an undesignated period.
My agency terminated me without any notice or warning. Now, they are telling me they will not pay my salary for November and 17 days I worked in December.
Is there any legal way to get the salary?

Q: I made an agreement with my previous employer that my outstanding dues will be paid to me by the employer after one year from the cancellation of my visa.
Now two years have passed but I did not receive my pending dues.
What to do?

Seeking visa cancellation and final settlement upon termination

Q: After redundancy of my position in Feb 2018, the employer filed a false absconding case which I got removed in July 2018 in their presence and the Ministry cancelled my labour card. The employer delayed visa cancellation.
Due to my liability with the bank, the final settlement had to be transferred which they did not do as previously agreed with the bank.
Until date (Feb 25, 2019), they have not paid it to me in spite of the Ministry of Labour tribunal and Tawafuq center asking them to pay it. They have not cancelled my visa and they tell me it can not be done.
How do I solve this problem given that the sponsor has to cancel my visa?
The Ministry of Labour has routed compensation request to the court via Al Adheed.

Q: My ex-employer is always finding excuses to pay our end-of-service gratuity.
It's almost six months now, and still, they are not committing. And every time I talk to the human resources manager he always moves dates for releasing my pay of settlement.
I wanted to call the ministry of labor but on the other hand, in respect, I have not raised a complaint against them yet.
I am also worried as I've already signed my cancellation and I need to join my new company to apply for my new visa.
Is there any way or process through MOL?
If I raise a complaint, should I get a lawyer?

My employer wants to pay my dues (gratuity and salaries ) with post-dated cheques (PDC). They offered me 6 cheques.
What happens if they don’t pay the cheques?
Is it safe to take a cheque from my employer against my dues?
