Claim for salary after termination without any reason

Ma'am.

I'm working as temporary staff and my contract is for an undesignated period.

My agency terminated me without any notice or warning. Now, they are telling me they will not pay my salary for November and 17 days I worked in December.

Is there any legal way to get the salary?

Even though you are appointed on a temporary basis, there would be a contract for the same.

The terms of termination are to be viewed. Anyway, you can approach the Ministry of Labour through Tasheel to claim your salary dues.

Termination: termination on 3 disciplinary actions/warnings.

The above is mentioned in my contract, but they did not even give me a single warning or notice.
