Sending a legal notice without the person's Emirates ID or passport copy

Dear Sir/Madam,

Is it possible to send a legal notice to someone even though I don't have a copy of his Emirates ID or passport, but I only know his full name and office address?

Dear Questioner,

Hope you are doing good!

For sending a legal notice, that person's email ID or his full name and registered address will be enough.

Send the legal notice through a registered post. But for further legal proceedings, you will need his ID.

If you need any more information, you can reach out to us over WhatsApp or email.

Thanks & Regards,

Shashwat Mishra

Dear Questioner,

There are possibilities.

If you have the contact details of the person and his official email ID and address for communication, then the notice can be delivered.

The notice will be served to him and you can proceed afterwards.

If you want our assistance in this matter, please share your WhatsApp number.

Dear user,

It is not necessary to have someone's ID or passport if you want to send them a legal notice, but it is preferable to have their mobile number and email address to ensure they receive the legal notice.

Dear Questioner,

Some legal notices have to be through a notary, and some can be through a law firm or sent by the party himself.

The second type is possible without an identity card or passport.
