Clearing a criminal case for bounced cheque to obtain a PCC

I have a current police case in Dubai due to a bounced security cheque of AED 30,000 from ENBD for my credit card.

I am outside the country and I just applied for the Canadian immigration. I want to remove my police case and get a police certificate for the Canadian immigration.

How can I pay the fine, and what are the procedures. I need to do this as soon as possible.

Thank you for your help.

Dear Questioner,

Good afternoon. Thanks for contacting.

There are two options in the above matter. Either you can negotiate with ENBD and get the amount cleared and apply for clearance or else you can entrust a lawyer and do the above process for you.

Once you clear the dues with the bank, then only your visa process could be cleared.

Please feel free to contact 0556635526 or WhatsApp me on 0508575526 or email me at ar@alnassaradvocates.com if you need any further clarification on the above matter.

Dear Questioner,

Please note that you should have the details of the police complaint. Details as in whether that is still a police complaint or a criminal case before the public prosecution.

IF there is already a judgement against you, then you act as per the judgement.

If you are in Dubai, you may pay the fine [if it is a monetary penalty in the judgement] and get a clearance from the court and then apply for Police Clearance Certificate [PCC].

Please let me know if you need any further assistance or information.

Thank you.
