عواقب عدم العودة إلى العمل بعد أجازة طارئة

أعمل في شركة في المنطقة الحرة بالحمرية. تم ختم تأشيرتي في 10 يونيو 2018. ذهبت في أجازة طارئة في 12 أكتوبر، ومنذ ذلك الحين لم أعد إلى العمل.

لقد قمت بإرسال رسالة استقالتي بالبريد الإلكتروني في 22 نوفمبر عبر البريد الإلكتروني وطلبت التقدم لإلغاء التأشيرة. لكن لم يرد أحد عليّ. مازلت خارج الإمارات.

هل يمكن رجاء أن ترشدني؟

Thank you for contacting me for your query.

Unfortunately, you have not provided me with complete details to advise you more appropriately.

Please note that you may have breached your employment contract by putting in your resignation before the completion of the first 6 months (generally considered as probation period).

You can leave a job by mutual consent with your employer, and paying the penalty of up to 3 months of your salary and all the visa expenses.

If nobody has responded back to you yet, they might want the Labor Department to consider you as an absconder which will put an automatic ban on you for the term of 1 year, once declared.

Otherwise, they might want to discuss with you for the final time before they file for the cancellation.
