Q: I have a UAE employment. I came back to India because of some health issues. I couldn't return to the UAE. Dear Questioner,

Please note that you must cancel your visa before applying to any sort of a UAE visa.

Please contact your previous employer to cancel the existing expired visa, so that you can enter the UAE on a new visa.

If you apply for a new visa without cancelling the expired visa, the same will be rejected.

Always remember that it is mandatory to cancel the visa even if the same is expired.
