Dear Questioner,
Thanks for your inquiry!
Regarding the above, we would like to inform you that, once a judgment has been issued in your favor, you can proceed with the execution process by following these steps:
1. Obtain a certified copy of the judgment:
You will need to obtain a certified copy of the judgment from the court that issued it. This can be done by visiting the court in person or through a legal representative, and we can represent you there.
2. We can file an execution request:
You will need to file an execution request with the court that issued the judgment. This request should include details such as the names of the parties involved, the case number, and the amount of money or action that needs to be executed.
3. Pay the execution fees:
There are fees associated with the execution process, which may vary depending on the amount of the judgment. You will need to pay these fees when submitting your execution request.
4. Wait for the execution order:
Once your execution request has been processed, the court will issue an execution order. This order will specify the amount of money or action that needs to be executed, as well as the deadline for the tenant to comply.
5. Follow up with the tenant:
It is important to follow up with the tenant to ensure that they comply with the execution order. If they fail to do so, you may need to take further legal action.
6. Obtain a writ of execution:
If the tenant still does not comply with the execution order, you can obtain a writ of execution from the court. This will allow you to take further action.
Please feel free to contact us via email.
