The competent authority for consumer complaints in the UAE
Two months ago, I gave my blouse to laundry. They lost it. Blouse price is AED 147. They want to give me AED 50 back. It's not about money but principles.
Which law describes customer rights best for this case, please?

The Department of Economic Development (DED) in each emirate deals with consumer rights issues and implements plans and procedures related to consumer protection laws.
It receives consumer complaints and raises consumer awareness about their rights and duties.
The Ministry provides a hotline (600-522-225) to receive complaints related to infringements of the rights of the consumers.
