Gratuity payment in case of resignation within the first year of employment
If an employee resigns within the first year of employment, is he entitled to a gratuity payment?

Dear,
Yes, an employee is entitled to all End of Service Benefits as per law, if the employee has completed one year of service.
Also, there is a difference in limited period and an unlimited period where the employee has to pay 45 days of salary, if resigns before the expiry of the limited period contract.
