UAE woman seeks escape from mental torture at home, can she take her brother?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a 21-year-old female residing in the UAE. I have a job and am capable of supporting myself. I want to move out of my family's home because I am experiencing mental torture, and I no longer wish to live with them.

I have a 13-year-old brother who does not attend to school due to my parents.

Is there a way for me to move out of the house with my brother?

Hi,

This is Nada.

To be able to take your brother, you need to file a case against your parents and confirm to the court that they are not able to take care of him.

Personal state case has many laws and options. You need to have a meeting with a lawyer to be able to know the process.

If you prefer a phone conversation, you can buy a phone call through the website.

If you require any legal support, feel free to contact me via phone.

Regards,

Nada

Dear Questioner,

There are laws that prevent parents from harming their children and protect the child and protect his rights. You can sue your father.

Regarding your leaving, there is no objection from a legal standpoint.

As for your brother, he cannot be taken away from his parents because that is against the law.

You can seek help with our services, if you wish, or discuss the matter with a specialized advisor.

You can do it without your brother, but you can complain to the family authorities about your brother.
