Withdrawal request of funds not processed by a trading company
4
Q: From my advice, one of my clients put money in a trading company nearly 1M $ in his own account and in his 3 more sub accounts.
Given the fact that a Muslim trader is forbidden by his religion to charge or earn interest, well, the solution to this dilemma is to trade the forex market with a swap free trading account.
My client put money and started trading in forex. During these 4 months of trading, he had many deposits and withdrawal and during this period he lost 800$ hundred thousand in his trading style.
After 4 months, when the client gave a withdrawal request of 400K $ in one a/c and 300k $ in his another a/c which all of total 700K$ withdrawal on 16th May 2019.
They said in process and till now it's 29th May 2019, and my client has not received any money to his a/c.

How to claim the money I earn and delay penalty from a prop firm?
0
Q: Hello,
There is a prop firm refusing to give me my payout accusing me of copy-trading. Every time I provide evidence that I’m not copy-trading they ignore me and send me copy-pasted emails.
In their policy, they say that for every 24 hours the payout is delayed, they pay +$1,000.
Would it be possible to go after them legally for my payout?
And on top of that, the $1,000 for every 24 hours, they refuse to pay me or delay the process of making a decision on what they want to do?
The company is [-----] and they operate their HQ out of the UAE which is why I messaged you.
Thank you, Sir.

Can I file a case against a finance advisor selling fraudulent investments?

3
Q: Hello,
I'm seeking advice on how UAE law safeguards against finance advisors selling fraudulent investments or defaulting on funds.
I've heard conflicting information regarding the necessity of an SCA license or approval from the Central Bank of the UAE.
Additionally, I've been told that law firms lack the authority to file cases against finance advisors operating under UAE legal regulations.
Could you please provide clarity on this matter or offer guidance?
Any detailed response or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

How can we claim our money back if the cheque we received have bounced for insufficient funds? 0
We received a cheque which has now bounced. We have tried for over a month and a half now to get a new cheque from the person, and every day he says the next day.
We need the money now. We have been to the police station, and they said they can not do anything as the reason the cheque bounced is "Insufficient funds."
We have been to Al Barsha - Dubai Courts, and they said there is nothing they can do about it.
We are not sure what we can do. We need the money asap to pay our kids' school fees, let alone all the interest we have lost.

Who is supposed to pay for the transfer fee, the employee or the employer? 0
Hello
I joined my new company on February 26, 2025. Upon joining the new company, I asked HR if it was free to join the company, and she said yes.
After working with them for 1 month, I experienced a salary delay, and I had to go to the office to ask why there was a delay in my salary.
That is when the HR told me she deducted my whole salary to recover the transfer fee.
Now my question is, who is supposed to pay for the transfer fee, the employee or the employer?

Dubai consultancy refuses to refund money after failing to secure Poland visa 1
Dear Sir/Madam,
I applied for a Poland job through a Dubai consultancy in 2020 and paid all of the required fees, totaling AED 11,000. The consultancy then released my work permit for Poland, which expires after one year.
They then said that they would apply for my Poland visa from the Poland embassy, and I believed them.
However, when I messaged them about my visa because my Poland work permit is about to expire, they suddenly asked me to pay an additional AED 3,750 to apply for a new work permit.
When I said that I do not want to pay and that I would like a refund, they said that they will not refund my money.
Please advise me on how to get my money back.
Thanks!
