Options for company formation with 100% foreign ownership
I would like to open a company owned 100% by a Syrian national, and looking to provide trading services in any city of the UAE.
Please advise me about the requirements, cost and time.

You have not specified the business idea. You can have 100% ownership if you start your company in any of the free zones in the UAE.
Please note that the UAE has got different free zones which are designed and tailored for different kind of businesses.
Please note that the cost depends upon your choice of license, activities under it and also on the visa requirements and office space requirements.
