I did not get my rights or visa canceled after resignation. Can I leave the UAE with credit card debts?
I resigned from my company. The company is not canceling the visa or providing a salary. I couldn't pay my credit card bills for 4 months.
I already ignored the collection department calls. Is it possible I can exit on outpass to India without paying the credit card dues?

If your employer has failed to provide you with your final settlement payment, you may have a claim against them under the UAE labor laws.
You can file a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) or take your case to the labor court.
In addition, ignoring the collection department's calls will not make your credit card debt disappear.
The debt will continue to accrue interest and penalties, and your credit score will be negatively affected.
If you do not make payments on your credit card debt, the collection department may take legal action against you, which could result in wage garnishment or even jail time.

Yes, you can opt for an out pass, but you need to be sure that it will be the right decision because of the fact that you are choosing an out pass which imposes a permanent ban on you from entering UAE in the future.
Before taking an out pass you can file a complaint in MOHRE over the phone at 80060 or the website for the unpaid salaries. Also, you can request a visa cancellation.
