Claiming expenses if the case filed against an employee is rejected
Dear Sir/Madam,
Decision: The court ruled in its presence to reject the case and obligated the filer to pay fees and expenses.
A case was filed against me. Can somebody explain if I have won or lost? And if I have won, is there a way to claim my expenses?
Dear Client,
Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will assist you in this matter.
Based on the information provided, it appears that you have won the case. The court ruled in your favor by rejecting the case filed against you.
However, you mentioned that the filer was obligated to pay fees and expenses. In such a situation, you may be entitled to claim your expenses from the filer as part of the court's ruling.

We need to get the verdict to understand properly.
In normal circumstances, the court fee has to be met by the person or party against whom the verdict was issued.
