I got a job offer in KSA and have a loan in the UAE. Can the Saudi company transfer payments?

Hello,

I have a residency in the UAE and a personal bank account (salaried).

I will start working with a Saudi company and I have a NOC from the employer and a legit contract with the Saudi company.

Can the Saudi company transfer the salary directly to my personal account?

Or that would be a problem for me in the future?

Yes, the Saudi company can transfer the salary directly to the UAE bank account, but you have to contact the bank regarding this to submit additional documents if required.

You need also to enquire if there are any international money transfer charges.

Dear Client,

Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.

In the UAE, it's generally acceptable for a Saudi company to transfer your salary to your personal bank account if you have the necessary work permits, an employment contract, and a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

However, check with your UAE bank regarding their policies, consider tax implications, be mindful of currency exchange rates and fees, ensure legal compliance, and provide any required documentation to your bank for a smooth salary transfer process.

For any further legal assistance, you can WhatsApp us. We have an extensive team of knowledgeable and experienced lawyers to provide the legal assistance you need.

We will definitely be happy to help you.

Thanks & Regards
