Questions & Answers
Do I need to register a company as a foreign doctor who wants to work at a clinic in Dubai?
As a foreign doctor who wants to work in a clinic in Dubai, I was asked to register a company first to become a resident and then sign an employment contract with the clinic.
Isn't the clinic required to get the residency under their company for me?
Why are they asking me to register my own company?

Maybe they thought you want to establish your own clinic as a foreign doctor.
But since you just want to work in a clinic, then yes, the clinic is adhered to provide your visa and you have to obtain a "Licensing of a Doctor" from MOHAP.

Hi.
In order to work in a clinic or hospital in the UAE you will not appear for an exam in order to get license to work in the UAE.
Once you have the license you can apply in all the hospitals and clinics and they will provide you with the residence visa and employment contract.
