How to prevent husband from visiting his son while a divorce case is filed?

Q: My husband moved out of my house and he is coming to the house every day to visit his son without notifying me. His visit timings were 9 pm - 10 pm when we are all about to sleep. I've told him he can't keep on coming late at night but he ignored me. I am a working mom from 9-6 pm. Our divorce case has been filed by me and we already attended 2 conciliation sessions without reaching an agreement. I don't like these visitations at home especially the timings he wanted but he is just doing what he wants. Is there any way I can get restricted child visitation now since our case has no judgment yet? I asked him to get a court order for visitation, but he doesn't seem to care. How can I restrict him from coming to my house? If I don't open the door, he will call the police. Thank you for your advice!

The son of my ex-husband's wife harms my son while visiting father. What to do?

Q: Hi My ex-husband got married. His wife has a kid from a previous marriage who stays with them, and my kid goes on weekends to stay with him as per court order. My question is in case my child faces any abuse or attack from his wife and kid, what can I do? Can I file a police case or file a case in court? Can I stop his father from taking my child to his apartment? My child is 10. Please advise.

The rights of a father upon divorce

Q: I have given divorce to my wife on 3 multiple occasions as per her wish to force me to give her divorce verbally, then she came to Dubai on a visit visa along with my kid. She has requested me to sponsor her with a wife visa just for few months. She has convinced me and I sponsored her with my kid. Now for 2 years, I am telling her to cancel the visa as she promised but instead, she is blackmailing me. During these 2 years, I took all my child's expenses. She is trying to get the child's full custody and she will not allow me to meet my child. Even now she blocks all my contact and shifts her house to another area. Kindly advise!

I have not seen or heard from him or my wife since then. They are in Abu Dhabi, and I am in Dubai. My father-in-law manipulated my wife to file for divorce against me. The first case was rejected, but she has filed a second case. I know that my father-in-law is controlling everything. My main question is: Can I file a case against my father-in-law personally for interference and causing discord in my marriage for years in Dubai court?

How to file a case against my former company for unpaid salary I was not on their visa?

Dear Legal Advice Middle East, I hope you are well. I am seeking legal advice regarding an unpaid salary issue with my former employer, [-----]2 LLC. I was employed with them from December 4, 2024, to January 7, 2025, on a monthly salary of 5,000 AED. However, I only received a partial payment of 2,473 AED on February 24, 2025. The remaining 2,527 AED is still unpaid. I submitted a complaint to MOHRE on March 2, 2025, but I am unable to proceed further through their official channels. This is because I was working under the visa of my previous employer, [---] LLC, and not under [----]’s sponsorship. As a result, I do not meet the criteria to file a labor complaint via the MOHRE app or hotline. Given this situation, I would appreciate your guidance on how I can legally pursue the recovery of my remaining salary, considering the complications related to my visa status during the employment.
