هل يمكن لمالك العقار طردي بسبب تسجيل صديق كمشارك في السكن؟

تنتهي اتفاقية الإيجار الخاصة بي في غضون ثلاثة أيام. أعطاني مالك العقار خيارين: إخلاء العقار أو دفع 10000 درهم إماراتي إضافية، وهو مبلغ أكبر مما تقدره حاسبة مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري.
أنا المسؤول الوحيد عن الإيجار والمرافق. لقد سجلت صديقي كمشارك في السكن في عام 2022. لم أوافق على مطالب مالك العقار لأن الإشعار كان غير لائق.
