أعيش في دبي. أعمل في شركة خاصة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة منذ 9 سنوات. أريد الاستقالة من وظيفتي، وقد أرسلت بالفعل بريدًا إلكترونيًا بالاستقالة إلى شركتي مع فترة إشعار مدتها 30 يومًا.
ومع ذلك، تطلب مني شركتي تقديم فترة إشعار مدتها 90 يومًا بدلاً من ذلك.

You have to choose, first to serve the notice period according to your contract or make payment in lieu of notice.
If your employer accept your termination there won't be any complication.
