Maximum salary deduction for disciplinary fines or violations in UAE?
Dear Sir/Madam,
What is the maximum percentage of salary that an employer can deduct for disciplinary fines or violations committed by an employee?

Dear Questioner,
Under UAE law, the amount of a disciplinary fine or violation that can be deducted from an employee's salary is determined by the employer.
The employer must ensure that the deduction does not exceed the employee's total salary for the month and that the deduction is not more than 50% of the employee's salary for the month.
Additionally, the employer must ensure that the deduction does not leave the employee with less than the minimum wage.
Dear Client,
Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.
