Dear Sir/Madam,

I developed severe skin spots after a 45-minute electrolysis session. I paid 6,000 AED for 15 hours of treatment, but I only used 45 minutes.

I received a professional certificate stating that I am not suitable to continue the treatment, but the company is not refunding or transferring the money.
