الحق في إنهاء خدمة عامل أثناء فترة الاختبار
لدي عامل بحريني في فترة الاختبار. وجدت أنه لا يتعاون، ولا يشارك المعلومات، ويخلق خلافات بين زملائه.
لقد حاولت بذل قصارى جهدي لتوجيهه وإدماجه في العمل، لكنه لا يبدو وكأنه يتغير. هل يمكنني إنهاءه خدمته قبل انتهاء فترة الاختبار؟

Hi,
As provided in the law, the employer, as well as the employee, could terminate the employment contract by one-day notice during the probation period.
Article 21(b) stipulates "Either party may terminate a labour contract during the probation period if the said party finds that its continuance is not appropriate, provided that the party terminating the contract notifies the other party at least one day before the date of termination."
