What to do when your company is not paying salaries
Hi
My company didn't pay for the last 6 months (May 2018 to October 2018) including this month.
The salary for the month of April 2018 was paid on July 24, 2018, and that's the last salary they paid.
I am working as an Urban Planning Engineer in Abu Dhabi.
Need your advice.
Dear Sir,
As you mention that your company is not paying your salary for the last 6 months, in this situation you should file a complaint in the Ministry of Labour for non-payment of salary.
The complaint can be filed through Tasheel centre, and after that, you and your company will be called for a hearing in the Ministry of Labour legal department.
They will try to solve your issue, and if it is not solved or you or your company did not agree with their opinion, you may go to the court for further action.
They will issue a NOC to file a case in court and you can pursue your matter in court. The court judgment will be final.
