Can I travel back home if there is a pending complaint against me in MOHRE?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I resigned from my company last month before completing my probation period.

I complained to MOHRE about my employer holding my passport, and then my employer filed a complaint against me in MOHRE for compensation of 5,000 AED for training.

Can I go back to my home country if the complaint is still pending?

Will there be any problem with immigration at the airport?

(The complaint hasn't reached the court yet).

Dear Client,

Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.

Based on the information provided, you should be able to travel back to your home country without any immediate immigration problems at the Airport.

However, it's advisable to keep yourself updated on the status of the complaint with MOHRE because it may complicate the situation if you leave the country without solving your problem.
