Q: What shall I do with noisy children in a neighboring flat in Sharjah?
Aggressive behavior and verbal abuse from the parents when I stop children from making noise. They complained to Police and the Police warned me not to stop children from playing in front of my flat.
I can`t explain the noise which is loud. All the other flats have children, so they are all supporters of the main problem group. This is one of the findings from the Police; no one is supporting me. The Police say that there is no rule here to stop noisy children. What shall I do?

Protecting doctors from being recorded by patients' relatives without permission

1
Q: Good morning,
I'm a doctor working in a clinic in Dubai. Lately, I've been facing the same issue with patients and their relatives.
They take out a camera (relatives) and start recording videos of me when I'm checking or explaining to the patient, or sometimes they call someone and keep the line open (not even on speaker) so the relative can listen to what I explain to the patient.
In those moments, when I realize what they're doing, I immediately stop them and ask them to delete/remove it, etc.
Some patients act offended even when I tell them they shouldn't do this, they can't.
Is there any law that protects doctors, or in this case, myself from these kinds of actions?
Thanks!

Hello,
I am a manager of an LLC company with 25% share. In February 2003, a partner joined the company with a 25% share.
After two months, he didn’t like the company and left. After two years, we did not know where he was. We just heard that he left to Tunisia before his visa expired.
What to do with his 25% share, please?

How to legally receive income from crypto trading without raising any concerns? 0
Hello,
Hope this message finds you well!
I am seeking legal advice regarding my financial situation as a forex trader living in the UAE under a sponsor work visa. Currently, I do not work for any company and earn my income primarily through cryptocurrency trading.
However, I would like to ensure that I can legally receive and withdraw approximately AED 15,000 per month into my UAE bank account without raising any suspicion from the bank.
My main concerns are:
I am a forex trader and earn money through cryptocurrency, which I then exchange into fiat currency (AED). How can I ensure that the process of depositing this income into my bank account is transparent and compliant with UAE laws to avoid any issues with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations?
Since I do not have a formal job or salary, how should I go about documenting or explaining my income to the bank to avoid any red flags regarding the source of my funds?
Are there any specific steps I need to take to ensure my deposits are compliant?
