Can I be sued for credit card debt even if I make arrangements to pay it back?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I took out a credit card and did not pay the dues for 3 months. I received a notice to pay. I have now arranged to pay the overdue amount.
The card limit is 15,000 and the overdue amount is 3,300. I have arranged to pay 3,300 and then make the full payment of the card before next month's due date.
Will legal action be taken against me even if I pay the overdue amount?
Kindly clarify!

Dear Questioner,
If your card is still active and hasn't been blocked by the bank due to nonpayment, and you want to cover the full overdue, then yes, you may proceed with the payment, but if you have doubts, you need to contact the bank or visit any of the bank's branches and the customer service will guide you.
Thank you!
