What are the legal consequences of a civil case for failing to pay a debt?

I have a civil case for the amount of AED 1,00,000 but I don’t have assets to pay the party.

What are the best options?

And is there any punishment or deportation for that?

There are no laws for the insolvency of individuals in the UAE, so a prison sentence can be imposed against the debt, and deportation is possible.

Try to communicate with the creditor and reach an amicable understanding in order to install and reschedule the debt.
