Employee terminated after 3.5 years, visa not canceled. What to do?

I have worked in this company for more than 3.5 years, but the company suddenly terminated my employment because no site was running.
It has been 20 days since then, and they have not yet canceled my visa or paid my settlement amount.

You can call MOHRE on 80060 and ask to log a complaint and claim all your rights including end of service, warning compensation, leaves balance payment, and any pending salaries.
If MOHRE does not settle your dispute, then ask them to transfer this case to court.
