Termination of employment and cancellation of visa

Dear,

I want to ask one question today.

I have given my employer a termination letter so I can cancel the visa immediately or within 2 to 3 days.

Dear Employee

If you have resigned, then you must serve the notice period and proceed with the cancellation of visa.

Dear Employer

If you have terminated the services of an employee, then you may proceed to cancel the visa provided you settle all dues of the employee including serving of the notice period which you don't want the employee to complete unless termination is under Article 120.
