How to notarize a declaration form to withdraw a provident fund from Hong Kong
1
Q: Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to notarize a declaration form to withdraw PF (Provident Fund) from Hong Kong where I previously worked.
This is a declaration form saying that I have already left Hong Kong and am working now in another country and have no intention to return back to Hong Kong.
Is it possible to notarize this declaration in Abu Dhabi?
I have attached the filled in declaration form. If this is possible, please let me know how much it would cost?

How to resolve a dispute over a UAE document attestation suspected to be fake?

3
Q: Dear Lawyers,
So, my brother is joining a new company, and they asked him to get the documents attested. He got the documents attested by an agency in Pakistan, but when he submitted them to UAE MOFA, they said the UAE stamp was fake.
However, we called the UAE consulate in Pakistan, and they confirmed that the document did come to them, they have attested it, and have the details in their system.
The UAE MOFA told him he will have a hearing in three working days. Is it just a suspicion that's why they said it will go for lab testing, as the UAE consulate confirmed the stamp is from them via phone?
What should we do?

Hi Mr. Younis,
Hope you doing good.

In my case, I am working with a private company called [----]. I have to leave the country and go back to my hometown due to an emergency on an immediate basis.
I have not finished my probation period and the contract is limited. I have completed 5 months with the company.
Will I get banned?
Please help.

How to get a divorce and split a joint property after I caught my husband cheating on me? 1
My husband and I are Romanian. We got married in Seychelles and live in Dubai. We own an apartment we bought one year ago.
I caught my husband using prostitutes. I have proof of it as entry logs to my apartment when I was at work, many girls have visited.
