UAE police, court, CID, and immigration check: How long and how much?

Do you wish to check only Dubai court or also other courts?

Do you have a working UAE mobile number and a copy of your (old or expired) Emirates ID?

I am outside the UAE since 2008. I don’t have an ID or UAE mobile number.

All UAE police and courts check.

I do not have an Emirates ID.

I have the passports for 2008 and the new one.

In that case, we cannot make the Power of Attorney from our side on the system directly.

You would need to make a Power of Attorney from the country where you are now for the lawyer here so he can check all the systems.

The cost for that will be whatever the charges are in the country where you are. Please check on that.

We can send you a copy of the Emirates ID once you are ready to go ahead with that.

We require any old document from the UAE government which has your Arabic name written on it, as it was put in the system when you were here.

Perhaps an old labor contract or a UID (Unique Identification Number) which is mentioned on the old visa; anything which will give us your full name spelling as per the UAE systems.
