Eviction failed, can I still increase rent?
Dear Sir/Madam,
As a landlord, I did not send a rent increase notice 90 days before the contract ended because I had filed for eviction of the tenant on certain grounds and was awaiting a verdict.
The court ruled against my plea and allowed the tenant to continue.
Will the rent increase notice be valid if I send it immediately after the verdict is passed, which is about 80 days before the contract comes up for renewal?

Dear Questioner,
90 days' notice is a must.
Now the lease will renew automatically. but do not forget to send the eviction notice for 12 months just 10 days before the contract is to expire. and ensure it is drafted under the provisions of the law.
