Liability of family members for the debts of the father

If your daughter is not a joint applicant to the loans or cards that you have taken, the banks cannot legally move against her.

However, if her phone number is given as one of the contacts at the time your applications were made, then they could certainly call her as often as needed and seek your whereabouts.

In summary: no legal action against her if she is not a co-applicant.
