Inspection of civil and criminal records for defaulting on credit card
Hi.
Regarding the delayed payments of a credit card, as per the collection agency, a police case was filed last Dec 2017.
Kindly advise me on which service I should better take. I need to travel also but I want to know if it's in the court already.
I got confused with these services. Do I take the check for travel ban and warrant of arrest or check for court case filed against me?

Considering that the collection agency has informed you there is a pending police case, you must take an inspection of police records (this will reflect any warrants too).
The agency can file a civil case for its dues too, so I suggest you inspect the court records too as there can be a travel ban in civil cases too.
A full inspection of records will give you a clear idea of whether you can travel or not. Redressal of cases will allow you to travel without any hindrance or detention at the airport.
