Checking details of bounced cheque cases in the UAE
Greetings Esteemed Lawyers:
I am aware I have bounced cheque cases registered against me. I need a detailed report on how many cases, by which bank and the amount for each case.
Kindly quote the applicable fee.

You don’t need to quote to inquire about your cases, you can go to the website for Dubai police and they will provide you online by this service.
But in case you need the full details for your cases, complainant names, amount and the case number, you have to visit a law firm to sign a power of attorney and to provide your passport copy.
Mostly law firms give this service with a reduced amount and it will be deducted from the full fees.
